The company GTC offers online services to match nannies and families following a percentage obtained after completing a questionnaire.
GTC will be referred to as “Nannychild” or “We” as Nannychild is the trademark.We value our customers, and we respect your privacy and personal Information, which is information about an identifiable individual.This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) describes how Nannychild treats your Personal Information obtained through nannychild.com (the “Website”) and any subdomains or subsidiary websites. The Policy describes the kinds of personal Information Nannychild collects about you, why we collect it, how we use it, how we protect it, and under what circumstances we share it. This Policy also describes the decisions you can make about yourpersonal Information. Nannychild is responsible, to the extent required by any applicable laws, for Personal Information under its control, including the transfer of Personal Information to another party for processing on Nannychild behalf.

When you sign up for a User Account through the Website, you voluntarily give us certain Personal Information as is required to identify you as a user of this site, for profile purposes, which may include but shall not be limited to your name, e-mail address, address, age and mobile phone number. In addition, when you visit our Website or contact us, we collect certain information about your activity on our Website, as described below under the heading “Our Use of Cookies and Log Files”.

Your personal data may be transmitted to:
- Employees in charge of profile management, declarations to the relevant administrative authorities, prospecting, customer relations and marketing operations,
- Service providers (subcontractors) used by Nannychild to provide its services within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes, such as, for example, the management of banking transactions, the processing of customer reviews or marketing operations,
- Legally authorized administrative, tax and judicial authorities.

7. Processing your Personal Information
Personal Information will be collected, processed, stored and used by Nannychild and may be passed to and processed by other companies under the instruction of Nannychild. Your Personal Information may be processed and/or stored wherever.
Processing is necessary for the performance of the processing purposes mentioned at provision N°5.
Nannychild may use Google Analytics to gather statistics on web traffic, Website usage and other information on User behaviour. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Alphabet Inc. or its subsidiaries or related companies (“Google”). Google may collect data and utilize such data to track or examine a website’s or application’s use, or to prepare reports on a website’s or application’s activities and share them with other Googl services. By using the Website, you agree that Nannychild may utilize the services described above or such other analytic services that Google may make available from time to time. In addition Nannychild and its Website allows for User interaction with social media networks and other external platforms directly from the Website. The interaction and information obtained is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of Google and the social media and other party platforms, respectively.

8. Sharing Your Personal Information
In accordance with this Policy, we may share information with our financial, insurance, legal, accounting or other advisors that provide professional services to us.

We may remove personal identifiers from your information (such that it no longer corresponds to any identifiable individual) and maintain and use it in anonymous form that may later be combined with other information to generate aggregated information.
We will retain your Personal Information only for a time and to the extent necessary for the purposes for which it was collected as described in this Policy and for reasonable backup, archival, audit, or other similar purposes.Nannychild uses a third party service company to process credit card transactions of Service Seekers who have subscribed to our Services. All credit card transactions are completed using secure electronic encryption.

14. Safeguards
It is important that you keep your email address and password information secure and that you not share it with anyone, in order to safeguard your Personal Information on our Website.
There are occasionally fraudulent “phishing” emails targeting individuals who the perpetrators believe might be registered users of the Website. We never send an email which requests users to visit a web page or place a call and provide their email address, password or any Personal Information. We will never ask you to confirm your user ID or password via email. If you ever receive such an email, do not log in from any referred link and do not provide any Personal Information.
We work to protect the security of credit card information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We do not reveal credit card numbers when confirming an order.
